FRACTIONAL PACKAGING

Private label, printed film minimums are 500 pounds of film which will package 12-15,000 pounds of coffee. (an estimated 108,000 2 ounce packages)

ARTWORK CONSIDERATIONS
Clean, bold artwork and logos are best for printing on frac packs.

BRICKS

Pre-printed film requires a minimum of 25-30,000 impressions.
A plain colored film (bag color) with a printed label
requires a minimum of 5-10,000 bricks.

ARTWORK CONSIDERATIONS
Many types of artwork are appropriate for brick film or label printing, including spot color and four-color process. Costs vary by complexity and volume of impressions.
The standard size for brick labels is 1.5" wide x 2" high.

VALVE BAGS

Pre-printed film requires a minimum of 25-30,000 impressions.
A plain colored film (bag color) with a printed label
requires a minimum of 3-5,000 bags.

GIFT PACKS

PREPRINTED BOXES
Minimum economical runs on preprinted boxes
(an example: boxes for 4 to 6 two-ounce coffee bricks in a tray with a printed sleeve and clear film viewing window) would be approximately 30,000 units.
This can be a combination of sizes and designs, if run together.

Some of White Coffee's stock gift designs can be private labeled by using customized labels on the bricks for a unique look.

ACETATE BOXES WITH INSERT
We regularly stock acetate boxes that accomodate 3 or 4 two-ounce packages. Other acetate box sizes are also available. The minimum run for an insert is only 1,000. Label minimums are 5-10,000 combined.
